Savour does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address or payment details to use the site.

Saved recipes

When you save a recipe, the list of saved recipes is stored only in your browser's local storage on your device. It is never sent to our servers. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Cookies and analytics

Savour uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, two Google services, to understand how readers use the site, such as which recipes are read most. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and sends Google information such as the pages you visit, your browser and device type, and your IP address. Google Tag Manager can load other analytics tools that may do the same.

Recipe images

Some recipe photos are loaded from Unsplash's image servers. When your browser requests those images, Unsplash receives standard request information such as your IP address, as with any image on the web.

Hosting and logs

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver pages securely and reliably.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the site grows. Any changes will be posted on this page.
